Cookie Policy
A transparent explanation of cookies, browser storage and technical data in the current static website.
Cookie use on this static website
The current Iris Next Gen website package does not include analytics, advertising pixels, social-media embeds or an online contact form. Its own HTML, CSS and JavaScript files do not set non-essential cookies.
1. Summary
| Category | Current website use | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Essential cookies | None intentionally set by the website files | The static pages work without a website cookie |
| Analytics cookies | Not included | No visitor analytics tool is enabled in this package |
| Advertising cookies | Not included | No advertising or behavioural tracking is enabled |
| Third-party embeds | Not included | Maps open as external links rather than embedded frames |
| Preference storage | Not included | The site does not store a consent or display preference in your browser |
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website or service can store in a browser. They can support essential functions, remember preferences, measure website use or enable advertising.
Similar technologies can include local storage, tracking pixels and device identifiers. This policy uses “cookies” as a general term where appropriate, but the current website does not intentionally use those technologies for analytics or advertising.
3. Cookies used by the current website
The website’s own scripts support navigation, page interactions, accessibility and visual effects. They operate in the browser without saving a persistent user profile, enquiry or marketing identifier.
Query parameters may be used to open a relevant section of the Contact page, for example a project or partnership option. This happens within the page and is not stored as a cookie.
The package contains no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tag manager or embedded social feed.
4. Hosting, security and server logs
Even where a static website does not set cookies, the hosting provider, content-delivery network, firewall or security service may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This may include an IP address, request time, browser information, requested file and security events.
Those services may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms under their own terms, depending on the final hosting configuration. Iris Next Gen should update this policy if the live hosting arrangement introduces a material cookie or tracking technology.
5. External links and third-party services
The Contact page includes links that can open a map service in a new browser tab. The map is not embedded in the Iris Next Gen page, so the third party is contacted only when you choose the link.
External websites may set their own cookies and collect information under their own policies. Review their notices and settings before using them.
6. Your browser controls
You can usually view, block or delete cookies through your browser’s privacy or site settings. Blocking essential cookies on other websites may affect their operation.
Because this release does not intentionally set website cookies, changing cookie settings should not be necessary to use the Iris Next Gen pages.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy if the website adds analytics, embedded media, preference storage or another technology that changes how information is stored or accessed. We will update the date and, where required, introduce an appropriate consent mechanism before enabling non-essential cookies.
